Isn't she cute! I've been really craving a heart rate monitor that can track my fitness for me. It would be fabulous to know how many calories I'm burning during my workouts. This is the one I'd love to have, but I'm sure the less expensive Polar's are just as good. Right?

In 2006 we rented out a skating rink for an 80s themed skating birthday party. What a blast! Two of my girl friends have a birthday the day before mine, so we always try to do something fun together each year. People still talk about how much fun they had at our party!

There's a Roller Derby bout this Saturday in Tampa. I've been wanting to go for years and will finally make it this week!
Sounds fun, right? Hula hooping takes me back to when I used to play as a kid. I can't wait to try this workout. Kirsten Tucker (@brngckn), T-Tapp Trainer and now Hoopnotica (@hoopnotica) instructor, tweeted this yesterday...
@brngckn tweet: 2 weeks of hula hooping at Kirsten's hoop class and at home, and Yvonne has lost 3/4" off of her waist! 9:30 AM Jul 31stfrom web
How cool is that?! Get in shape and have fun doing it -- that's what I'm talkin' about.
Hoopnotica is an energizing, fat-burning cardio and muscle-sculpting hoop dance workout that is endlessly FUN, creative and sexy! Using an adult size hoop and blending hooping with elements of dance, hoop dance is easy to learn and great for boosting your mood and reducing stress.
Will Hoopnotica help me lose weight?
Absolutely! Hooping tones the muscles of the core and the entire body while also providing an intense cardiovascular workout, burning between 400 and 600 calories an hour, all at no to low impact to your joints. Most students who practice Hoopnotica regularly notice changes in their bodies within just a few weeks.
Are your hoops weighted?
Yes, our Fitness Hoops are weighted at 1.5 lbs. perfect for getting a core toning, muscle strengthening workout AND a high intensity, fat burning cardiovascular workout all in one!

I can't wait to get one! This is going on my fitness gear wish list.
Growing up I always loved riding my bike around the neighborhood, which was filled with hills, twists, turns and secret places. Last year at my family reunion in Boston we rented beach cruiser bikes and rode about 15 miles on the trails of Cape Cod. It was so much fun AND great exercise!
Since then I've been craving riding bikes again. There are a few rental shops around town, but I'd really love to own a bike again. Near my place there are bike trails along the water and it's a beautiful place to get fit!
I searched through Craig's List in hopes of finding a cheap cruiser locally. There are a few that interest me, but many of them are almost the same price as a new bike!
Here are some bikes and accessories that I'm swooning over...
This has to be one of the neatest things I have ever heard of. This morning I came across the post about it on the T-Tapp Forums and had to check it out for myself.
Hey, Teresa... can we get one of these? I promise we'll walk using T-Tapp techniques!
FitFlops are the newest fitness shoe "must have"on the market. Jeanne Zimet (T-Tapp Trainer) was the first person I know that purchased these new fitness shoes. I have to say they are pretty cute! Now it looks like everyone is selling them... from Macy's to Victoria's Secret to Bliss World. After reading the reviews they seem like an excellent investment ($49.99 for better legs sounds great to me). I can't wait to get a pair myself. I'm planning a trip to Macy's to see if they have any I can try on. They look really comfy too!
1. Nivea Good-bye Cellulite- I've been dying to try this product line and have read great reviews about it. Seems that it works wonders in 4 weeks to get your body ready for swimsuit season (which is pretty much year round in Florida). They even have patches and supplements. 2. Rebounder - I've been wanting a mini-trampoline for ages! I need to research which one is best since there are so many brands out there. The two I'm considering are theUrban Rebounder (Retail: $99.99) and the Needak Rebounder (Retail: $269.00, Blue color: $249.00). Might end up going with the Urban due to price.
7. MBT shoes- (Masai Barefoot Technology) these great shoes have a negative heel technology to improve posture, tuck you pelvis under, and has a rocking motion that pumps the calves. (Retail: $250.00)
