RESULTS
I lost 4.75 inches! Pretty awesome for only doing HD after lunch and 4 BW (10 reps) plus OIP, Crunch Sequence, AL and DD.
From January 2nd to today I've lost 11.5 inches! Feeling fabulous. :)
