Still Slacking

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1.5 liter

FOOD
B-fast:
Spiru-tein vanilla shake, green scoop, skim milk, tbsp natural peanut butter
Lunch: Campbell's butternut squash soup, ceasar salad (with a few croutons - oh well)
Snack: tortilla chips and avocado
Dinner: turkey taco salad (turkey, seasoning, lettuce, cheddar cheese, avocado)
Dessert: 4 coconut cupcakes with vanilla icing (finally got a birthday dessert! sooo yummy.)

Okay, so I was supposed to workout tonight!! I planned on doing the new Tempo 8, but then I got to cleaning and time slipped away from me. Before I knew it 10:00pm rolled around and we had to watch our movie rental since it is due tomorrow. Excuses, excuses. I know. My back has been really bothering me too. Five days without a full workout literally takes a toll on my body. Tomorrow is a new day.
