1:00pm: salmon piccata with fettuccine alfredo and bread
5:30pm: a few whole grain tortilla chips
8:00pm: mahi mahi, brown rice, spinach
JOURNAL
I came home from work and felt wiped out. So I took a nap until dinner, ate, now I'm going back to bed.
