7:15pm: Cajun tuna steak, salad, a little rigatoni pasta

JOURNAL
I survived yet another lazy weekend at home. Lots of naps and Netflix watched, but no workouts. I made a quiche on Sunday, which turned out pretty yummy for my first attempt. Still need to get in a total workout.
