Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 8
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 8
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

7:50am: 1 shot of Noni juice, whole banana
10:00am: 2 boiled eggs
12:35pm: Boar's head turkey salad (4 slices Cajun turkey, lettuce, spinach, red onion, 3 grape tomatoes, shredded carrot, a little extra sharp cheddar cheese)
2:20pm: 15 mint M&Ms (delicious!)
6:45pm: homemade turkey chili (ground organic/free range turkey, organic chili beans, organic diced tomatoes and tomato paste, chili seasoning, organic chopped onion and green pepper, lowfat sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese) with about 8 saltine crackers

Hello Blog World. I'm back in action! Flu season usually doesn't get me, but somehow it did this year. Such a bummer to spend your vacation home sick.

I need to T-Tapp desperately. PBS felt SOOO good this morning. It's about time for a workout.
