Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

7:50am: Kashi Vive Probiotic Digestive Wellness Cereal with 1% organic milk and dried cranberries
8:50am: Dunkin Donuts medium latte with cinnamon
1:15pm: chicken salad salad (chicken salad, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, red onion)
2:30pm: Honest Foods Cran Lemon Zest bar
5:00pm: coffee with cream/sugar
6:30pm: black beans and brown rice (toppings: red onion, jalapeno, garlic, lowfat sour cream, red pepper flakes) with 3 slices garlic bread, glass of red wine
