Challenge Day 51

Hoe Downs (after lunch)


Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 8
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1.5 liters


9:00am: Starbucks grande white chocolate mocha latte
1:00pm: Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup (minus the noodles), homemade salad (organic veggies: romaine, spinach, baby carrots, red onion) with reduced fat feta
2:15pm: Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte (baby, its cold outside!)
5:05pm: organic medium gala apple
5:45pm: 3 dried plums, baby carrots
7:30pm: 2 slices homemade organic spinach/feta quiche


Oh yeah... I'm feeling that Maxi Max extremely (in all the right places)!

Apparently my latte was enough to hold me over until lunch (not even hungry).
