Long Day...

EXERCISE
PBS (morning)

Adrenplus 300 (2 caps): yes
Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 4
Cellfood (8 drops/3x): 8 drops
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 4
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

7:20am: organic lowfat plain yogurt, blueberries, slice of zucchini bread, Tbsp. almond butter
8:10am: organic hot chai tea
1:00pm: Chipotle chicken salad (seasoned chicken, romaine, black beans, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, cheese), tortilla chips and guacamole




6:10pm: tortilla chips
8:00pm: glass of Bohemian Highway Merlot
8:30pm: leftover tuna steak, red quinoa and broccoli
9:00pm: slice of zucchini bread with almond butter

Today was a long day. I really tried to get 40 hours in this week and it was tough... but I did it. Now I am so ready for the weekend!

On the agenda...
  • Hanging out with the friends (maybe bowling)
  • Ava's 3rd birthday party on Saturday afternoon
  • Hanging out with the friends in St. Pete on Saturday night
  • Family time at Clearwater Beach on Sunday
  • Dinner at Dad's on Sunday
