Okay, so I never did my mini-workout. I did HD after dinner though. I was swamped with homework. I know that's no excuse, but it's a priority right now. Tomorrow's a full workout day, so no worries. I can't wait to measure!
I was trying to eat GM today, but ended up having cous cous with dinner. I love that stuff. Then a few hours after dinner I was still hungry and craving sweets so I ate a brown rice cake with almond butter and then had one peice of chocolate. I've been doing great, so I deserve it.
Tomorrow's a busy day... good night blog world.
