RESULTS
I gained 0.25 in my ribs - not worried about that. I lost another 0.25 off of my abs and my hips! That's awesome! I gained 0.25 in my lower right thigh and 0.25 in my left calf, but these don't really count because my legs are trying to even out. I finally lost 0.25 in my left arm! My arms have been 10 inches for years now, so this is a pleasant surprise for me.
Overall, when I add up the inch loss and slight gains my results come out to be zero. I am very excited about losing in my hips and abs... just wish my thighs would follow along.
