HOW I FEEL
4:30pm
My workout actually wasn't that hard today. It feels great to stretch. Now I have to rush and take a shower, get ready for class tonight and drive to St. Pete. The semester is almost over!

10:00pm
I had a long break between my last meal of the day - 7 hours. I was famished when I got home. The last group doing a presentation in my class brought in Olive Garden bread sticks and Red Lobster cheese biscuits! I wanted to eat one so bad, but I didn't. I will not miss night class.
