FOOD
B-fast:
2 scrambled eggs, crushed red pepper flakes, lettuce
Snack: Krispy Kream chocolate glazed donut (Trans fat free now! Thanks Teresa.)
Lunch: chicken hummus, brown rice, veggies (same as yesterday's lunch)
Snack: nonfat iced latte with sugar
Dinner: turkey taco salad

JOURNAL
Today is Day 1 of the T-Tapp Staffers 60-Day T-Tapp Challenge. Woo!

One of my close friends is in the hospital with a broken elbow, toe and ankle. Not to make excuses, but... by the time I got home, dropped of the puppy, went to the grocery, cooked dinner, ate dinner, visited her in the hospital and came home it's after 10pm. And I'm exhausted. Goodnight.
