FOOD: GM Day (mostly)
7:45am: Tahiti Trim™ Plan 40® Soy Protein Shake with organic 1% and whole banana
8:50am: coffee with powder cream and sugar
11:10am: organic rice crispy treat (Thanks Jen! Not really GM.)
12:35pm: chicken and brown rice casserole
2:30pm: coffee with powder cream and sugar
5:45pm: 1/2 slice of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar (pre-sliced)
7:30pm: tuna steak, brown rice, spinach

JOURNAL
The Tahiti Trim Soy is pretty good actually. Kind of sweet for me with the Sucralose (aka Splenda, which I don't usually do), but delicious.
