1:15pm: Chic-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich, side salad with ranch, fries, medium sweet tea
7:30pm: 2 slices thin crust spinach alfredo pizza, 2 bread sticks, pepperchinis

JOURNAL
I'm still feeling down. Got some things organized around my home office, cleaned the kitchen and going to bed early. I did a little stretching and took the pup for a walk.
