8:45am: grande nonfat vanilla latte
11:45am: Ezekiel bread organic PB&J
1:10pm: chicken with honey mustard dip, a little spinach dip
7:00pm: black beans and brown rice, two biscuits with butter
8:45pm: 8 oz organic chocolate soy milk
