Day 48: 60-Day Challenge

EXERCISE
BW (10 reps) + AL + DD

SUPPLEMENTS
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1.5 liters

FOOD: GM Day
8:45am:
Tahiti Trim™ Plan 40® Soy Protein Shake with organic plain soy milk and whole banana
12:30pm: South Beach Living Kung Pao Chicken frozen meal (almost half eaten, then Roxy spilled my lunch everywhere)
3:30pm: whole grapefruit
5:30pm: 1/2 brownie, 10 pretzels with organic peanut butter
7:30pm: grilled salmon, whole wheat pasta with Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, broccoli
