12:30pm: FREE LUNCH at Johnny's Italian Restaurant - side salad with house oil/vin, bread with olive oil, 2 stuffed shells, 2 raspberry iced teas
7:30pm: tuna steak, brown rice, spinach

Wow... it's day 50!!! Only 10 days left until pictures and I'm still feeling lousy today. My neck especially. I need a massage BIG time.
