one egg, Ezekiel toast, spinach and sprouts, 2 coffees with organic sugar/plain soy
8:15am: Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte
12:50pm: Flat Earth veggie chips (small bag), Subway turkey sandwich (6 inch)
3:15pm: a few crunchy mint M&M's
5:45pm: all natural iced tea
7:15pm: whole grain tortilla chips
7:45pm: turkey taco salad

JOURNAL
Didn't get in a full workout today either. I helped one of my friends move and ran a few errands after work. By the time I got home I was wiped out.
