Well, you can really see the effects of NOT consistently working out. I've gained 4.5 inches and 2.5 pounds (not that it matters). It's also that TOM, so maybe some of this is due to bloating.
I compared this set of measurements with the set I took after last year's fitness retreat. I'm 6.5 inches bigger now, so if I can burn off those 4.5 and another 2 more during this week at the Trainer Retreat I'll be back at my smallest size of 2007!
