Back in Tampa

EXERCISE
HD (after dinner)

SUPPLEMENTS
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 4

FOOD
9:00am: Dunkin Donuts - medium iced latte with sugar, coffee cake muffin (Who knew these things were 580 calories!!! So evil they should come with a label.)
1:30pm: Flat Earth baked veggie chips
3:30pm: Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte
6:00pm: snack time - 2 boneless buffalo chicken wings, celery sticks dipped in ranch, low fat mozzarella cheese stick
7:30pm: spinach and cheese tortellini with Parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers and fresh spinach, lemon water

JOURNAL
I'm still trying to adjust to regular life back in Tampa. an, it's SUCH a different climate here. I miss Cape Cod weather... in the 70s and cool enough for camp fires at night.

After that breakfast I skipped lunch.

Too much coffee today and I'm still tired. I think I need more sleep.
