Challenge Day 10

EXERCISE

SUPPLEMENTS

Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 3
Priority Women's Complete (8 caps): 2
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 4
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 4

FOOD

11:50am: cinnamon roll, cup of organic 2% milk
12:15pm: maple bacon, egg and cheese croissant (croissant, fried egg, seriously sharp white cheddar, 2 slices maple bacon)
5:45pm: medium apple
7:10pm: Christmas dinner: turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce (whole berry), sweet potato fries (baked with olive oil), scoop of mashed potatoes with gravy, a little stuffing, green bean casserole
7:45pm: slice of sweet potato pecan pie

JOURNAL

MERRY CHRISTMAS! It's nice to have a day off to sleep in. We're heading over to my Dad's place this afternoon to hang out and have dinner. Bringing the puppy along too. She's wearing a little Christmas t-shirt... so cute.

Decided to take the day off for the holiday. Yes, it's supposed to be day 3 of my Tempo Bootcamp, but it's Christmas! I spent the day hanging around the house... opened presents, watched some DVDs and took a nap. Before I knew it we had to leave for dinner.

Oh well, I'll work it out tomorrow.
