Man, I'm sore today! Really feeling that Total Workout.
Shannon came in today saying she lost 2 inches in her hips this week!! That's amazing.
Tempo 2 was tough tonight. Especially considering that it's Christmas Eve and I just want to relax and enjoy my time. But I did it!
