2:30pm: 2 eggs scrambled with onion, garlic, jalapeno, fresh spinach, feta cheese and sharp white cheddar cheese, 3 slices of maple bacon
6:15pm: Ezekiel chicken quesadilla (rotisserie chicken, Ezekiel wraps, sharp cheddar, veggies, lowfat sour cream)

After taking the last few days off I really need to get moving again!! It's a new year. 20 days into my Challenge. Time to step it up.
