Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

9:00am: Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with lowfat organic plain yogurt (about 3/4 - 1 cup of each), coffee with cream/sugar
11:30am: coffee with cream/sugar
12:10pm: rotisserie chicken sandwich (2 slices Arnold Natural Flax & Fiber bread, rotisserie chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, mayo and spicy mustard), Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese popcorn
4:45pm: medium organic golden delicious apple, raw walnuts
5:30pm: coconut cookie
7:20pm: black olives, a few Cheez-its
7:50pm: grouper burger patty, mac n' cheese, salad
