9:15am: coffee with cream/sugar
1:00pm: 6 organic dried plums
1:15pm: Panera Fuji Apple Chicken Salad
6:30pm: hummus and pita chips
7:15pm: chicken quesadilla with side salad
8:30pm: 2 chocolate cupcakes with 1% organic milk
