8:20am: 1 boiled egg
8:45am: Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte, perfect oatmeal (brown sugar, mixed nuts)
11:40pm: Crisper's Oriental Chicken Salad with a little honey mustard dressing, Starbucks tall nonfat vanilla latte (had a freebie, so I used it up)
4:10pm: raw almonds
6:30pm: 3 slices of spinach alfredo pizza, 1 bread stick, salad

I'm determined to get back into consistently exercising. My body really feels it when I stop (neck, back, SI and aches and pains are back). Having some remorse from not exercising this past week. At least I did walk a lot. Spring is right around the corner!
