12 Fat Blasting Meal Plans

In my inbox this morning: 12 Fat Blasting Meal Plans

This seems like an interesting approach to meal planning. Although I've never heard of Prograde Workout Drinks. Anyone try them?

I like how this plan does a high carb day, a low carb day, a no-carb day and then repeats. They also recommend whole grains only.
