12:25pm: Kashi Chicken Rustico bread pocket, Fresh Express Caesar Lite (entire bag, little dressing)
6:15pm: raw almonds
8:30pm: rotisserie chicken quesadilla (shredded chicken, seriously sharp cheddar, two tortillas, lowfat sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, spinach, red peppers, red onion, garlic -- I actually ended up eating 3 slices since I ate both of the drumsticks with a little skin)

TGIF... can't wait to sleep in this weekend!
Feeling pretty sore and achy today. Upper back between shoulders and left arm/shoulder are bothering me the most. Feel twinges of my neck and lower back. Mild headache.
My visit to the doctor's office was very involved today. First, a massage with focus on neck and TMJ. Then I took a new TMJ test with muscle testing to figure out what areas were weak. For example, moving the lower jaw in different directions and then doing muscle testing while holding that position. Of course it was the left side (that's where the most damage is). Then she put on the cold laser therapy all around my face while I held each position. It was harder that you would think, especially since those were the weak areas. The last step was to retest my muscles and sure enough I was stronger after the therapy. After that test was done she did the regular ultra sound on my neck and laser therapy at the same time. I got fitted for orthotics. Finally, got to see the doctor to have my lower back stretched and get the adjustments.
My jaw is killing me now though. I think that was too much for me. Maybe I should have worn my bite split? Icing my jaw, face and neck... plus upper and lower back.
