Alfalfa (6 caps): 8
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter
FOOD
8:20am: organic coffee with cream/brown sugar
9:00am: carrot nut muffin, cup of organic plain yogurt
11:30am: huge apple
12:45pm: Muir Glen Lentil Soup, 2 slices Boar's Head lemon pepper chicken
7:15pm: baby carrots and hummus
8:30pm: Whiskey Joe's - grouper taco, salad (mixed greens, blue cheese, pecans, cherry tomatoes, vinaigrette)

Another whole day of work complete. Can't wait for the weekend to sleep in.
Popping and crunching today. Sore in the usual places... Felt like I didn't need to ice as much today though.
We walked to Whiskey Joe's (about 2 miles round trip). I definitely felt the walk. Now resting on the couch. Going to bed soon! *yawn* (Pop... crunch... goes the jaw!) Good night.
