JOURNAL

Had to leave work around 3pm today to go drop off the title to my car, then go to our appointments. It's sad for me to get rid of this car. I've had it for 7 years! It's been a good little car, besides the fact that people like to run into it. Man, is it a wreck. Looks beautiful and new from the front and the back is a complete disaster. The insurance company is going to auction it off. So now I have money for a down payment on a new car! In the market for something safe and bright in color (maybe yellow or electric blue).

It's a shame that my area is car-dependent. I really wish that I could bike or walk to work, the farmer's market, book store, (more) restaurants, parks and hang outs. My commute to work is 11 miles of mostly interstate going 60+ mph. There's no possible safe way to get here except for a motor vehicle.

My left side isn't bothering me as much today, but lumbar and neck are. Feels like I really need to stretch! Slight headaches today and just feel fatigued overall.

The chiropractor said that she wants me to get fitted for orthotics on Friday. I also need to make an appointment with my dentist to get my bite splint fitted. The massage therapist thinks it might be off since the accident because one side of my jaw is always tighter than the other.

I met my future personal trainer, Ashlie, today too. She's really nice! We got to talking about where I work and now she's psyched about T-Tapp. Could be very cool to have a trainer teaching T-Tapp in a local chiropractor's office. We'll see how it plays out.
