Massage is BLISS



SUPPLEMENTS/HEALTH
Alfalfa (6 caps): yes
Emergen-C: 1 packet
Natural Calm: 2 tsp
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 2 liters

FOOD

8:50am: two boiled eggs
9:15am: Starbucks iced grande nonfat vanilla latte
3:15pm: Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken
6:30pm: 1/2 medium granny smith apple
7:20pm: 1/2 large Firehouse Turkey sub (fully involved)
9:15pm: broccoli with ranch

JOURNAL

Worked for most of the day. I was feeling pretty sick to my stomach this morning, but exhausted at the same time. The eggs were delicious! Coffee was too and by the time I started working I did start to feel a little better.

Had massage and chiropractic today. Boy did my body miss the massage on Monday! It felt SO good. My headache went away and I was ready to drift off to dreamland.

It's almost time for our evaluation from the chiropractor. I'm kind of anxious to see what the next step is.
