8:40am: 8oz fresh organic carrot and beet juice, 2 organic boiled eggs
9:00am: Dunkin Donuts medium iced coffee with cream/sugar
9:40am: Brew Garden 16oz iced nonfat vanilla latte (very comparative to SB, even the price is the same)
12:30pm: Jen's amazing chicken salad on a little croissant with organic baby romaine
12:45pm: a few dried ginger chips (ginger and sugar)
7:30pm: homemade split pea soup, 2 slices of Arnold's whole grain nutty oatmeal bread with EVOO

All that vitamin D from the sun must have gotten to my mood. I feel like actually saying, "Happy Monday!" Not a usual for me, but it's nice.
