I'm starting June off right. I woke up, walked the puppy and worked out with Basic Plus Tempo (BPT) today. It felt great! My body is so stiff in the morning and has to move to work it out. I remember why I love T-Tapp so much... it makes me feel like myself again.
Doing the arm exercises and stretching in PT really made me feel better. Now that we're doing 20 seconds on each position with about 5 reps... it takes 30 minutes to complete the neck resistance exercises (and then I'm off to the chiropractor). She's been telling me to continue with the arm exercises and stretching at home 3x/week, but it's been hard for me to find the time.
Now I'm going to MAKE the time. I plan to continue doing BPT this week along with Butterflies and Triceps Curls every other day.
