Update

So I had my chiropractic appointment today. (I really needed an adjustment, my back's felt out of alignment for 2 weeks. Basically since my last appointment.) Apparently I'm at Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI), which means it doesn't get better than this. AND that sucks! I don't feel 100%. I don't feel that I'm as good as I was pre-accident and that's really frustrating. Now that my insurance benefits are exhausted all of these appointments with doctors come out of my pocket in the end. AND that sucks too.

Now I'll be going back to the chiropractor every 2 weeks for a while. No massage unless I can get a prescription. And will be going to my TMJ dentist every 6 weeks for a checkup on the bite splint.

It all feels hopeless to me right now. 7 months later and this is as good as it gets? I just want to be healthy and feel good daily.

7:10pm: turkey breast and veggie stuffed pepper with saltine crackers

Water: 0.5 liter

I didn't make my workout tonight either. Once I was done making and eating dinner I didn't feel like doing anything. We watched some of Heroes and I passed out on the couch. Just woke up and now I'm going back to bed.

Great way to get back on track, eh? I'm going to have to opt for morning workouts so I can get it done early and relax in the evenings.

Total Water: 2.5 liters

Don't let it get you down,Casey! You WILL get back on track and you will feel 150%:-) Unfortunately, it never happens in the time or way we think it should. The extra expense doesn't help either.BUT it will happen...cc
