Since the start of 2007, I've lost 0.5 inch from my bra line, 0.5 inch from my waist, 0.5 inch from my abs, 0.25 from my lower left thigh, 0.5 inch from my right calf and 1 inch from my left calf. The results after 7 workouts with Tempo Intermediate are a total of loss 3.25 inches!

I'm happy about the bra line, waist and abs. I wish I would start losing from my hips and upper thighs. That means more floor work, especially with DD daily. So far my leg measurements have evened out (same measurements on both sides), which is a good thing. I'm definitely making progress! I think I'm going to continue with my bootcamp. I only missed one day, so I can technically count today as Day 5. This change will also shift all my workout days one day forward.

Lunch: it was a late breakfast, so no lunch today
Snack: ruby red grapefruit
Dinner: 4 perogies, green peas

I feel accomplished since completeing my bootcamp and taking measurements. I could see and feel a difference in my body, but when the tape measure tells you it makes it even better. I feel stronger and the workout wasn't as difficult today.
