Model Bootcamp - Complete!

FOOD
B-fast: Spiru-tein vanilla shake with water
Lunch: broccoli cheese soup, house salad with ranch, grilled salmon, 1 can Mt. Dew
Dinner: 2 slices of pizza and a breadstick

HOW I FEEL
Exhausted. Wednesdays are 12 hour days for me... its non-stop. By the time I got home I was ready to crash and felt like crap. I'm not going to make my workout. I did however complete 7 days of my BC and now will continue with an EOD routine. Measurements to be posted shortly.
