HOW I FEEL
Exhausted! It's amazing how mixing a different workout into your routine shakes everything up. I wasn't tired doing Tempo Lower Body until half way through the floor sequence, but now it's catching up with me. I have to work, finish my homework and go to night class tomorrow, plus get in my workout and all the other stuff in between. I'm proud of the things I've accomplished so far. 7 days down, 3 more to go!
