I am sore from head to toe from the St. Louis trip. I really need to soak in the tub and get a Margie massage.

The salt bath helped a lot! I soaked in lavender sea salt and BYB. My muscles are thanking me. I didn't get a workout in today, but I will start my Model Bootcamp tomorrow.
