HOW I FEEL
My legs were like jello during the balance exercises. I feel great after the workout though! My neck and jaw have been bothering me a lot recently. The range of motion in my neck needs a little work, but after doing PBS my neck doesn't feel as tight. I'm sure it will improve during the course of this week's bootcamp.
