FOOD
B-fast: Spiru-tein Vanilla Shake with 2% milk, coffee (cream & sugar)
Lunch: grilled chicken ceasar salad
Snack: low-fat string cheese, avocado, 1 peice of Godiva dark chocolate
Dinner: homemade fajita turkey burger (yummy) on whole wheat bun

HOW I FEEL
I can feel "muscle awareness" throughout my entire body. The extra arm exercises and step sequence really work me. I'm drenched and feeling fantastic. I hope my Day 3 is easier.
