We're heading to St. Louis for the Get Hooked on Health Expo at the America’s Center Downtown this weekend. Teresa is speaking twice on Saturday and Sunday. I'm real excited about it. The Expo sounds like fun. They offer a variety of free health screenings, have a rock climbing wall and several celebrity appearances scheduled. I know there are some T-Tappers coming too. It should be an exciting weekend! The weather is a bit cold for my Florida blood... it's in the 40s-50s, burrrr!
