HOW I FEEL

Like a slacker. I didn't do anything all weekend. I've decided that each day I need to do something to move closer to reaching my goal(s). I brushed this morning and have eaten good all day, so that's a start.
6:05pm
My aunt and cousins are in town for this evening only. I rarely get to see them, so I'm heading to their hotel then out to dinner. I'm feeling pretty lousy - headache, back ache, everything feels yucky. I even sat in the massage chair for a little bit. Maybe I just need food? I didn't eat much today (not much of an appetite). Oh and... probably won't get my workout in tonight. At least I brushed. Gotta run.
