HOW I FEEL

I got a late start exercising today. I did it though! I wish I had time to do more, like floor work, but I have to get to studying. The semester is almost over and I need to kick it into high gear.
10:30pm
By the time I got home from class and the grocery store I was starving. I think my body really needed some carbs. The brown rice (slow cook) hit the spot. I'm proud of myself for doing such a good job today.
