Bootcamp: Day 2

FOOD: GM day
B-fast: DanActive Immunity, oatmeal with milk, walnuts and a little brown sugar, coffee with 2% milk and sugar
Lunch: egg salad (2 boiled eggs, spicy mustard, sea salt, 1 tbsp of lite mayo), lettuce wraps with carrot, slice of cheddar, alfalfa sprouts and sesame seeds
Dinner: Mexican turkey, lettuce wraps with cheddar, sour cream, refried beans and salsa

Great! I can't believe I actually worked out this morning. See... things are changing already. I've been waking up earlier and now exercising before work. Maybe after graduation I can make it to the Daybreak Diva classes with Teresa at 6am. That's a goal to work towards.

I'm starting to get sore. Since it is a workout day I was thinking about doing SATI or the floor routine from TLB. I have so much homework to catch up on. Only 3 more weeks! I need to measure tomorrow morning and compare the results with last time.
