Today is Good Friday, so Teresa gave us half the day off. It worked out great for me because I wanted to get my workout in prior to my massage at 5:30pm.
I just looked up the nutritional information for what I ate for breakfast today. I am shocked at how much fat was in my breakfast. Wow! Next time I will get the egg and cheese English muffin (only 80 fat calories compared to 280) and nonfat milk with whipped cream in my Cinnamon Dolce latte (only 80 fat calories compared to 200). I can't believe that I ate 480 calories of fat for breakfast. I'm definitely doing a kick butt workout today. *shakes head*

My Margie massage was excellent. I feel so much better afterwards. I should try to get a massage once a month. It really helps.
