FOOD: GM day
B-fast: egg white omelet with low fat mozzarella cheese, asparagus and green onion, 1/2 fresh orange, organic applesauce (individual serving)
Lunch: salmon salad (Panera), iced tea
Snack: yellow apple, raw almonds, rice cake (all natural brown rice)
Dinner: turkey hot dog (no bun), piece of grilled chicken, baked beans, tomato, a few bites of birthday cake

HOW I FEEL
4:27pm
I feel great. My muscles are sore and I definitely got a good workout today. I'm proud of myself for completing 4 days of BC. I think I'm going to go for 7 (2 sizes).

Next day recap...

I went to a birthday party last night. I probably drank about 4 lite beers and a few shots of Cafe Patron and Jello shots. I did 2 sets of HD after eating the birthday cake. Since I quit drinking during the week (not even wine with dinner) I figured that I'll have my fun on Friday/Saturday night then focus on burning it off for the next 5 days.
