October 12th: Workout

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1.5 liter

Smart Start Antioxidant cereal with 2% and a whole banana, 3 6oz. cups of organic coffee with 2% and organic brown sugar
Lunch: shrimp stir fry with brown rice and veggies
Snack: yellow apple
Dinner: turkey burger salad
Dessert: 2 dark chocolate chip cookies, 1/2 cup 2% milk

My left shoulder is bothering me today. I think I was holding the phone with my shoulder again. Oops! A bad habit I need to break. Cutting back on sweets would be another one.

Today's workout was MX1... one of my old time favorites. We just got the Maxi Max Series on DVD and today was the first day I've done this workout in over a year (last time was on VJS). I've missed it! The form techniques have definitely advanced over the past few years, so I just apply the new tweaks. I'll probably be sticking to this one for a while. :)
