November 14th: Off Day

FOOD
B-fast:
YoPlus Peach yogurt, half banana
Lunch: Campbell's Golden Butternut Squash soup (ate the whole carton, 2 servings), whole cucumber, sweet potato chips, 1/2 Odwalla Smart Soy Chai
Snack: Kashi peanut butter granola bar
Dinner: chicken chili (homemade), 2 rolls

HOW I FEEL
My back and neck have been bothering me for the past week. After just one workout this morning I already feel better. It's so important for me to stretch!
