Dinner: turkey ranch burger salad (turkey, ranch seasoning, little mayo, spicy mustard, lettuce, cucumber, 1/2 of a 1/2 of an avocado, light jalapeƱo jack cheese), water with lemon

Doing much better on GM today. Thinking about what's for dinner already. Maybe a huge salad with some protein.

I feel great after that workout! But still feel hungry after dinner. Just fruits and veggies left to eat tonight. I want a juicer.
